The speedometer is 5 MPH off at what speed - 50 , 100, etc. ? Speedometer error is a percentage not a constant.

Post the original (not modified) ECM and TCM tunes, as well the tire manufacturer and model line (i.e. Goodyear manufacturer - RSA model tire - etc.) for the 285/75-16 tires.

Myself or another Forum member will take a look at it for you ..

The ECM tune you posted has had the Speedometer parameters altered - need an unaltered stock version. Also need the tire manufacturer and model for the new 285/75-16 tires - to then look up precise tire data. Once I have these pieces to the puzzle, I will try and help out.

Getting late here - probably won't check the Forum again until Monday.

BFG tires,I have tuned 126 trucks to date and set the speedo on 80 % of the trucks,I check it with my GPS after setting it,if you look on the forums a lot of trucks can not get the speedo set with EFI (newer gas trucks) I did reset the H0136 from 370 to 333 no help,2 gas trucks in the area had a tech 2 set it after thay gave up with EFI.
