I have a question about the pilot enabled main pulse(B0720) vs no pilot enabled main pulse (B0721) tables for the LLY.
Parameter (B0749) Pilot injection enable (Main MM3) inidcates it is the max main MM3 rate that allows the pilot pulse. So does this mean, that no matter what values are populated in the Pilot enabled main pulse table, they will not be used when the main rate is larger than 85.00MM3 (this is the value in my calibration).
So I guess I need to make sure that the no pilot enabled table values are populated to give the fueling I expect, at heavy loads.
Is anyone raising the B0749 enable value to keep the pilot enabled longer (say up to 95 or 100MM3) and keep everything in a single main pulse width map for simplicity?
Thanks for any input.
