This is on a m6 car. What controls the idle hang time? Just between shift and comming to a stop? Is this a decay? like b4318?

What controls idle while coasting? Like clutch depress or nuetral.. my car surges in nuetral coasting, but not with couch depressed.

Clutch out is in gear tables, clutch in is park/neutral tables.
