Can someone please help this customer, I'm all out of options!
Customer bought a new V2 from me and everything works fine except when he tries to license a truck...
When the countdown stops and the button appears in v7.5 that says license ECM, he clicks it and the window just disappears..... He also gets code $033 I think he said, V8 won't license either.
We removed and reinstalled both versions, updated and still nothing
If someone at EFILive could email him that would be great, pm me for address
