e38 l92 to 6l80e in rock crawler

ok guys this is my first post...im running a L92 in my rock crawler. Im going to remove all emissions, most likely run the truck intake manifold and thinking about running the comp cam camshaft along with the VVT. All this hooked up to the factory 6l80e. My question is...will EFI live allow me to program and tune the Ecu for the camshaft engine combo to the factory trans? Has anyone done what im talking about already? Or should i be looking for a different tuner? Thanks guys i hope you understand my questions

If I understand your question you are making sure EFILive will enable you to tune the E38 engine and T43 transmission controller in the 6L80E along with making changes for adding a aftermarket cam shaft?

Is the year of the engine and transmission the same? From the same donor vehicle?

If that is the question, EFILive if your answer. You can tune both with EFILive and make appropriate changes after cam install. It can do the VVT.....
