Need help asap

I'm new to efi live and need some help. I had version 7.5 and i copied my stock tune from my truck and saved it. I then had some tunes written for me so i installed a dsp5 tonight and went to install them and realized i needed v8 so i downloaded it. i then went to install the tunes in v8 and it said it couldnt connect with the v2 and make sure no other programs were using it. Then i went to start my truck with nothing connected and it wont turn over. So i went to v7.5 and installed my stock tune and it successfully installed and then i went to start the truck again and still nothing.. If anyone could please help me out i would appreicate it. My truck is an 04 LLY

What V7.5 and V8 versions are you using (open V7.5 Tune, click Help->About; open V8 Scan & Tune, says right on the home screen). Should be V7.5.7 build 211, V8.2.1 build 203.
What FlashScan V2 firmware are you using? Latest V2 firmware is 2.07.35 with a date of 6/21/2012 and bootblock is 2.07.04. (Open V8 S&T, click the FlashScan icon in the taskbar next to the Windows clock to open EFILive Control Panel, click F6: Firmware, click Refresh.) If you need to upgrade your bootblock (EFILive Control Panel will tell you), upgrade it FIRST, then upgrade the firmware.

Once you're fully up to date, open the DSP5 tune file in V8. Click F7: Full Flash and follow the instructions. Once the flash completes, make sure you let the countdown timer complete with the key completely off. Then try starting it again.

I updated the firmware and bootblock and then tried to fully reflash it and now it keeps saying to reset the v2 and retry and then it says script exited with code $0534: invalid serial number.

Try contacting the tuner and see if they can resend the tunes in v7.5 and full flash that way. I have heard of people having a problem with flashing LLY with v8.
