Engine: 6.2L VVT and DOD
Transmission: 06 4L60E no ISS

Can it be done? and how ?

I have the engine harness but it is setup for 6L80-6L90 trans, i can convert the harness to use it with a TCM and 4L65E conectors.. i have the 6.2L E38 ECM too, i dont have the TCM yet..

i have read several post about this here, but it is not 100% clear for me, i will apreciate the help. thanks

It's been done only by one or two people. So it's possible but not very easy at all. I tried it and never could get it to work 100% correctly. It always had odd drivabilty issues popping up.

yeah i did read your comments, but someone say that you only need to disable the ISS codes or something like that

According to a forum member taz, "Many" have succesfully done this. But could not directly figure it out himself at that point. Maybe a pm to him may shed new light.
