Same engine built by LME 440CID
Very similar cams not too different (both cams from LME)
Same Heads
Same LS7 Fast Intake... both non ported.

Same headers...

Ideally these cars should be very close together...

From that curve you can see as if that engine on run 17 lacks timing. If you put more timing in, it knocks and you can hear it.

Same thing is happening with my corvette that I built similarly to an ls7 from a customer. I should have had even more power than his as I went with lighter pistons and higher compression. Same cam/springs/ everything else.

Not the case... he is making easy 24rwhp more than I am. I obviously tune all of them.

I feel as if the 58x reluctor is more precise and it can read better the position of the engine and thus give the adequate timing or timing events on both injectors and spark.

Your not comparing exact combo's and even then build 2 identical motors and one will make more power. You can even look at 100% stock vehicles, I have dyno'd several stock camaro's, TBSS, Vetts, G8's and even though 100% they will all vary some. Even though cams are similar they are not the same. Where they both degree'ed in? Exact same head gaskets? Way to many variables to think its the pcm IMO.

Both Al Blocks and Cam picked by Bryan @ LME... I have many other examples with this same issue at least 4... but its the combo not the ecu...
