CASE not getting copied into RR

I read the tun from my ECU and full flash it to the road runner... start the car.. voila ... CHeck engine p1336. I disabled the code in the meantime, but I don't really know what adverse effects not doing the CASE learn might have.

I know I can't do a case learn, but shouldn't it write the case stuff when I full flash to the RR?

CASE info is not stored in the flash, it is stored in a separate nvram.

I know, but it is supposed to be flashed/copied by a full flash from the road runner.
