I am running a A&A Procharger lt headers and a thunder racing 224/228 cam
918 springs

the car seems to be running very rich
does not want to idle when you put it in gear
anyone have a file they could share

best to start tuning the combo in hand rather than playing with someone elses mistakes.

You have the right tools , get a wideband and start sorting out your VE table to get it right for your engine.

Since you are blown I would suggest going for the custom operating systems and runnin g2 bar speed density , spend the time and you will get a good result.

Follow the tutorials for installing the custom OS and doing the autotune VE , you will find 90% of your issues are solved after this.
