injector over size %

Can anyone tell me the % over for 50hp and 90hp injectors on my 06' 5.9L?

Every company rates them differently.

Typically 90's~35% overs

My puller had 100% overs from Extrude Hone and they were rated at ~300hp.

So no real consensus.

Would it be safe to adjust injectors to 30/35% overs on stock efi tune? I got no power and no smoke what so ever. I have been reading efi for dummies, this section for days.

I can't really say on that...I don't adjust based in %...I adjust as the truck needs.

Unfortunately it is not as simple as pulling a set % out of the entire duration map (I wish it was). You really just have to play with it and adjust accordingly.
