Nothin like sittin on the side of the road for an hour tryin to get it to log.

Finally figured out if i unplug the wideband, 0-5V, it doesnt give the error. Gonna try it again when i get off work to see what happens.

Whats the deal?

Jonathan,

Do you have a V2...? If so see post #1 here: Setting-up-a-FSV2-from-scratch (http://forum.efilive.com/showthread.php?20699-Setting-up-a-FSV2-from-scratch)

Do you use serial comm for the wideband...? If so, then in V8 S&T on Devices page, uncheck Automatically Log All Analog Pids.

more info:

...

if you're not using the analog interface, start V8 S&T, goto F6: Devices, goto F6: Logging, and uncheck Automatically select ALL external analog pids;

then Save to file (Settings.dat) and Program to V2.

Thanks.

im still getting the error after doing your post #2 and #3.. But i can unplug the AD input and it starts just fine.. plug in the AD and i get my AFR to log..

It gets quite aggravating having to unplug it to start logging, then plug it in once it starts.. haha so when is the new update coming out???
