Can not recive data from V2

When I hook up my V2 to the PCM and computer for scanning I can not recive data. When I click on the connect button every thing is alright. If I then push the logg or the record button EFI goes in "pause" and it will stay in this for ever. If I look att the V2 the 2 LED´s on the right are flashing so i looks like it recives data but it will not being forward to the computer. What could be wrong. Joecar helped me setting upp the V2 on my new computer and it worked fine for 1 day and then this happend :ermm:

I know this sounds obvious but are you clicking on the yellow "monitor" button or the red "record" button?
If you click the yellow button the software will stat monitoring the data in paused mode, to get out of pause mode either press Ctrl+space bar or click the blue "pause" button.

If that is not the issue, then after attempting to log data, select the File->Generate error report, save the report and email it to me at [email protected]

I have tested both the yellow as well as the red button but it is the same. If I click on the yellow button I should see the data even if it is in paus, right ?

If you click the yellow button (or for any other reason the data logging is paused) you will not see any data being displayed on the charts.
The Charts will only display/record data when data is being recorded.

When the data logging is paused you will only see the [Data (F9)] tab page and the gauges being updated.
