Gents,

Looking at a stock 6.2L L9H Silverado tune I see the 600 rpm cell in 1st gear is .999 and the 900 rpm cell in 1st gear set at 50.000 and all other cells at 99.998

When comparing this table to the L92 and LS3 (6.2) all cells are 99.998

Why are these cells set so much lower in the L9H tune? Im trying to track down a throttle position problem setting a P2135 Reduced power episode and I found this difference somewhat strange..

Thanks,

John

Personally my TBSS has them all maxxed out as well, Id say try maxxing those 2 cells out BUT I wont be responsible if you brick your ECM. Basically GM uses this as another way to control Torque Management delivery IMO, reducing the amount the throttle can open in 1st gear = slower off the line and less likely to roast the tires in stock form.

For REP stuff, Id look in Engine Diagnostics->Electronic Throttle, all of those tables appear stock in the tune you posted. Sometimes a REP code from adding a blower/heads/cam comes from this area in the tune.
