2012 Escalade E38 operating system not recognised ?

Tried to read the factory file to start editing it and it said the operating system wasnt recognised. im at a stand still until i get this resolved. this is for a pretty big build that we are doing and i need to get going witht this. can anyone advise me on what to do?

Can you post the file?

I think the way to request support for an unsupported OS is to email the file to support AT efilive.com. Can you view the TCM file?

That OS is supported in the latest software update which has not been released yet.
I've emailed you the *.calz file that will allow you to edit that operating system.
