speedo calibration problem

hey guys ive changed my gear ratio on my 05 vz maloo from 3.46 to 3.73 and i changed the diff ratio on {H0122} and also {H0103} to 3.73 and flashed the pcm with the new parameters and my speedo still seems to be about 10km out at 100km/hr does anyone have any ideas, should i look at adjusting {H0104} being output shaft revs per km? cheers james
