why with a fresh install using a stock pid for ls1 do i get an error report when trying to record or monitor real time data.

using factory pid list - autove-plx etc. press record = Error code: ERR_RESPONSE/5

Response $03: .

running latest software and firmware on new v2 controller.

if i do a shift-f2 to check pid support it passes fine.

it's starting to shit me. every time i try and log an ls1 it does this, i often have to go through the list to find the dodgy pid unselect, start logging, then add it in.

agghhhhh

Anything to do with rpm seems to have issues

There is an issue with the pass-thru V7.5 scan tool that causes that error to occur due to incorrectly handling external PID data from A/D inputs when nothing is connected to the A/d inputs.
Make sure you deselect all external PIDs if you don't have any A/D inputs hooked up.

It is fixed in the next update which is due out before Christmas.

I'm using ad1 from a plx so that would explain it

Any chance of getting the fix before hand. I cannot get it to work with or without anything plugged in to the ad ports. I even deselected ad in the scanner and still get the error.
