I've got a 93 lightning with a 6.0/t56 magnum and a vortech blower running the 2 bar map sensor os for an 03 computer
my tuner has not been able to find a manual trans os that is compatible with the 2 bar map os so he basically tuned the
auto os to where ot will work but I won't be able to use my cruise the way it setup now. Does anyone know of a tune file
for an 03 cumputer that has a manual? I've looked everywhere and have not been able to find one. I was thinking a 4.8/5 speed
might work but I can't find one for that either. Thank you in advance for any help

you will probable be best to start with a camaro or vette calibration (5.7/manual) year will depend on throttle body cable or dbw

No, its a 1MB DBW ECM. Dont limit yourself to 03, 03-05 OSs all interchange AND have COSs available.

First, what harness are you using/what are the pinouts at the PCM? Fullsize truck or Vette? Pedal assembly is from which?

If its a Vette harness/pedal assembly, use an 04 COS that corresponds to this tune file from TuneFileDepot: 2004 Corvette Coupe Manual 5.7 Litre (LS1) 12587603 (PCM) LS1B (http://www.tunefiledepot.com/calibrations/stock/Chevrolet/2004%20Chevrolet%20Corvette%20Coupe%20Manual%20LS1 %205.7%20Litre%20(12587603).tun). The COS3 OS is 04073003.

For a truck, you can use either of these files:
2004 Escalade SUV Automatic 6.0 Litre (LQ9) 12587603 (PCM) LS1B (http://www.tunefiledepot.com/calibrations/stock/Cadillac/2004%20Cadillac%20Escalade%20SUV%20Automatic%20LQ9 %206.0%20Litre%20(12587603).tun)
2004 Silverado Truck Automatic 5.3 Litre (LM7) 12587603 (PCM) LS1B (http://www.tunefiledepot.com/calibrations/stock/Chevrolet/2004%20Chevrolet%20Silverado%20Truck%20Automatic%2 0LR4%204.8%20Litre%20(12587603).tun)

Do a seg swap using the previous Vette file and now you have a truck OS with a manual trans segment. The Escalade OS would be my preference simply because its already a 6L tune, just for a LQ9 not LQ4 (LQ9 is the higher compression/performance LQ4). Your tuner should be able to get you going with this info, he will have to script the existing tune over and of course adjust the COS tables.

Then use this, I got bored. 04 Escalade LQ9 file with a manual trans segment. Give this to your tuner and have him use COS 04073003. Should do what you want it to!

Used the manual seg from the Vette tune in my previous post for reference.
