triing to make a 2002 switch tunes with the edge original operating system didnt work at all did switch to serial phoned edge updated software still nothing just for a try installed 2004 operating system with dsp5 installed now can switch between 1 and 2 ..is there an proper operating system or way to make this work any ideas welcome thanks

do you have a insight edge right. and are you setting your switch to serial when trying to use your monitor.
it has to be the insight monitor from what i have been told so if you can program the truck with this edge than it can not be used.
