going to stock tire size

Ok, my truck is tuned with efi live autocal now...before it was had a bully dog triple dog with crazy larry. I sold the bully dog but when i put the truck back to stock with it I forgot to reset the stock tire size so the dog is vin locked. I have since gotten the sog back and want to set the tire size back to stock...my question is:is will this affect my truck as far as the efi? My tunes were made from a clean stock file so my first thought is no othee than my speedo bein off a little....thanx in advance!

So let me get this straight you had a BD and then pulled it out and installed EFIlive?

Return your truck back to stock with your autocal. Make your adjustment on the BD to unlock its vin. Reinstall your EFIlive tune.

Yes u r correct.....i did this last nite and afterwards speedometer would not work and my check engine ABS Brake lights are all on! Tried going back to stock all the way but that didnt help...
