What should net me the best power with out dyno

what would be better to run 12.0-12.5 afr and 16 timing or 11.5 afr 18deg? which would give more power no dyno? just want some thoughts..
93 oct 10psi in a 5.3 engine both with no knock?

Going off past vehicles I tuned at the track I say 11.5 with 18 deg but there are a lot of variables that can effect that.

Make 1/4 mile passes, compare mph. Best dyno out there.
