How do I setup a dashboard

I'm trying to setup a dasboard and be able to show just the pids I want. I've tried to select only IAT an AFR but I still get all the other pids listed with a line through them. I'm trying to get mine to mirror what is in the vve tutorial.

To remove a PID and get it to say "unused" so this:

Right click on the chart, select "Remove <PID>".
Right click on the chart again and select "Chart properties", then select the [Series] tab page and delete the "Title" text of the series you want to delete.

I never thought of right clicking on the chart. I was thinking there would be a button. Also found the tutorial, seems there's a tutorial for everything somewhere!
