RoadRunner PCM turned up this morning.
Downloaded & installed software/Registration this took about 30 minutes.
Connected to RR PCM via emulator, flashed in .tun file this took 13 seconds.
I tried a calibration only write this took 2.5 seconds WHOW I’m starting to love this:rockon:
Not saying that flash times at present aren’t good.
Played around for an hour to familiarize myself with its operation. Very easy to operate& well laid out.
Well you can guess hell with going to work today I’ve got some playing to do!
Now time to install PCM in car this took 8 minutes as I have Original PCM installed
inside car on passengers side.
Ok car fired straight into life. Did some minor changes via EFILives tuning software
to make sure Real Time Emulators working.
This is simply amazing I wish I had this 4 years ago when I first started tuning my blown combo would have saved a considerable amount of time.
I’ve played all day with adjusting tables/logging testing, it’s given me a further insight into the in’s & outs of tables I’d haven’t tested to any great lengths before.

Well I know we’ve got the best Tuning & scanning software for the LS1/LS6 it’s even got better with the introduction of Moates ROADRUNNER real time emulator working hand in hand with EFILive’s Tune/Scanner all that’s left to say to the competition. ………Beep! Beep!

:thankyou2:

Funning you should meanion her the courier arrived in the morning as she was leaving to drop the kids to school and she had put the package in the car I had to wrestle it out of there, she knew I was anticipating it's arrive today and she was going to make me wait another 20 minutes.:bash:

She was in and out all day, making the comment are you still here....aren't you going to work I just smiled and continue to play with the new toy.
She's use to the time I spend on the car thou she gets a little pee ed now & then .I bought the car for her back in 2000 and she loved it but after a year I started the mods and she got sick of the inconvience, good ploy on my part as I got full use and she got relegated to an MPV 7 seater.....

Back to the RoadRunner I'm loving every minute of it .I love the instant feedback and how quickly I can evaluate the changes I make.
This product definitely accelerates the learning value and I would thoughly recommend it.

Cheers

Darren

If a package arrives for me, she will keep it from me for a little while so that "you will appreciate it better, I want you to understand this...".

:nixweiss::muahaha:

I can't fathom this kind of reasoning, but If I keep my Mrs happy, then just maybe she'll watch the map histogram on the laptop to see if all the BEN cells are being hit while I drive...

When she said to me buy me another car you can do what you like to the Commodore.....What am I suppose to do leave it std .
Don't worry have a very understanding wife she'll help when I ask.

Not a truer word said "Mrs happy". Keep them happy and the house hold is happy and everything runs ever so smooth.
She know's with my new friend RoadRunner tuning will get done quicker meaning more time for her!!
