injector duty cycle

What do I need to do to find injector duty cycle? I know its something eay and I thoiught I read it on here but couldnt find it with the search.

If you have an F or Y car, select the following pids:
IBPW1
IBPW2
INJDC1
INJDC2

That will give me my duty cycle or will I have to make a map of some sort?

From EFILive Scan PID under More INFO


GM.INJPW1 = Injector base pulse width - bank 1

Units: ms
Range: 0..999.9 ms

The injector base pulse width is the number of milliseconds (thousandths of seconds) for which the injectors are commanded open by the PCM.



CALC.INJDC1 = Injector Duty Cycle Bank 1
Expression:
% = {GM.IBPW1}*{SAE.RPM}/1200


You need to scan INJPW1 and/or INJPW2 and from that info the Duty Cycle is calculated from that info.

The INJDC1 and INJDC2 pids can be plotted on a log chart and can be displayed on a guage.

You don't need to make a map, unless you want to see how the duty cycle trends wrt to (say for example) RPM and DYNAIR.

Where in the list of PIDs are these selections?

On the PIDs tab, un-check Supported, then click on the Caption column heading once or twice, this sorts alphabetically by this column, then scroll down until you see those pids.
