Question about cam advance

I noticed in some cars i tun3d that the timming is not following the high octane spark table
some times the timming will be +1 or +2 the HOT after checking and makeing sure there is no multipliers afecting the timming
i want to know if advanceing the cam while installing will increase the timming beound high octane table

No.
The mechanical valve event timing does not affect the electronic spark ignition timing.
