How to apply patch for manual transmission to a 5.3 vortec tune?
the motor is a 99 lm7 5.3 & pcm with injectors from a 2002 5.3 and a 03 lq4 camshaft.
Heres a copy of the tune it has right now 14700

Seg swap to a manual trans. Use the injector data from the correct 02 file and copy the VE and spark tables from an 03 LQ4. That will get you in the ballpark to start, then you can tune it with a wideband.

Grab a manual Camaro file with the same OS as that one, then open your file. Load the other one for comparison (File->Load alternate calibration for comparison), then Edit->Copy Entire Segment->Transmission Calibration. Repeat except do the Transmission Diagnostics. Save the file with a new name, then reopen it. Should have the trans type as Manual now instead of 4L60E.
