So especially when I first start driving my truck it wants to surge.

Ive done some reading that the cammed engines need changes to the throttle cracker for rolling idle and the spark tables. I dont really know where to start for this.

Im assuming that this is related to the issue i see that My desired idles aren't been achieved when in gear. That really annoys me that the truck is trying to drive itself at about 20mph without my foot on the gas.

Id really like to drop the idle even lower but im having issues as it is.

Its not really even close to the desired Idle RPM. I made some changes based on the idle tuning thread but i dont feel that they helped much.

Ill attache a tune and a log shortly

I think that log has the surge. if you need annother log with more pids just tell me what you need im still pretty new at this.

Well I'll give you a hint. If you need help with an idle issue then the log should have idle, not highway driving, not warming up.

At some more pids, are you open loop? WB AFR is not very steady?

Idle is about 625 RPM, 15 degrees advance and 60 MAP? Raise the idle some and add some timing for the cam.

Lol well the surging occures when driving and just after starting it.

What PIDS should i Add?

increase idle for tuning purposes ? Or for stability.... Cause i like it to idle choppy.

Where should i add timing?

From the reading ive done it would imply that its throttle cracker causeing the Surge and most likely the fact the the truck wants to drive its self. But what i dont understand is why its only having the surging issue when its first started.
