Truck doesn't start after flash

I'm at a loss here. I've searched a little but need some ideas here. I flashed a tune back into the truck last night. Its that same tune which I had been running for a while now with no issues. I didn't start the truck last night after the flash. This morning It doesn't want to start. Doesn't turn the starter or anything. I've checked battery connections, fuses and I reflashed the same tune in without the 90 deg OBD cable. I'm at a loss what happened here? Everything was working fine last night after I parked it after logging another tune I had been toying with. No DTC's either.

Does everything else work fine other than it won't crank? Have you ever had a no crank problem before? With a 6 spd, this could be the clutch switch. If that goes and the truck doesn't see that you have the clutch pushed in, the truck won't turn over.

Yes everything else works. I've never had a no crank issue with this thing before either. I'll check the clutch switch. The radio turns of when the key is in the start position and comes back on when in the run position just like normal. I'm sure it is something stupid, I just can't find it right now.

unplug the clutch switch ,get paper-clip or small piece of wire and make the circuit and then see to at least eliminate the switch

I just jumped the safety switch, still nothing.

Have you tried flashing back in the tune that you had just done the data logging on since it was a known good tune with no issues?

^^^^ or try just logging right there. See if the ECM is alive.

I just flashed in a stock file and it started. Then flashed back in the tune that I had been running. It also started. Everything back to normal it seems. I don't understand what happened though?
