View Full Version : O2 Sensor Voltage Difference Between Banks

After a few rounds of Calc.VET (w/o a wideband) to roughly improve my VE table my LTFT's are better, but the bank 1 LTFT is consistently 2-4% higher than bank 2. It was like this before Calc.VET too. My bank 2 O2 sensor average voltage is also consistently higher than bank 1 by 5-25mV. Is this difference in O2 sensor voltage enough to cause concern? Could this explain the difference in the LTFT's?

The sensor are only about 10K old, they are Delphi units. My O2 switchpoints are set to 450 mV across the board.

Thanks!

Swap the O2S across banks and see if the trend follows the sensors.

Good idea!

And if it does follow then it's the sensors? Should they then be replaced?

And if it doesn't follow then perhaps there is a mechanical issue, like an exhaust leak, vacuum leak, or faulty injector?
