Surge at cruise

Any suggestions to elimate a surge at cruise. I have an '03 Z06 A@A Vortech supercharger running 8psi, 214/224 114lsa cam. The car has 42lb injectors and I suspect the injector flow table is incorrect. LTFT are -14. The pcm was flashed with the purchase of the kit. I am a newbie looking for a little help. Does anyone know the formula to figure out the injector flow rate? I will be installing a wideband this weekend and have dyno time lined up for this week. Any suggestions would be great.

Basically you will just need to know the pressure at which they are rated so that it can calculate the IFR table correctly. If they are Ford Motorsport injectors they are allegedly rated at 40 psi, where as many others are rated at 43.5 psi.
