Mike from Rapid Motorsports (www.rapidmotorsports.com (http://www.rapidmotorsports.com/)) has been beta testing a set of new calibrations to solve clutch shudder during TCC apply.

Mike has just reported that the new calibrations solve the apply shudder problem. These new calibrations control the TCC apply rate pressures. They will be available in the next major release of EFILive.

Paul

Great,

This will solve an issue I was having awhile back. http://forum.efilive.com/showthread.php?t=644 I think I just bandaided the situation to get rid of it, but added parameters will solve it for sure. Great work guys!!!

Is the shudder that Mike was working with due to clutch material, particularly large stall speed, ...? Just curious.
