well i just got my motor together and would like to at least hear this thing idle but i need a tune for it to get started. I am using the green top 42lb injectors and running about 43lbs of fuel pressure according to the gauge. I was gonna try to do the IFR change myself but cant find the spreadsheet anymore i will attach my stock 5.7liter tune

Details of the setup? 43 psi for a LS motor is too low. Factory spec calls for 55-60 psi at the rail.

its a lq4 base motor
4.030 bore
4.00 stroke
6.125 rods
11.1 compression ratio
ford racing 42lb hr injectors
lq9 heads with patriot gold springs
1 3/4 headers
single plane vic jr intake
90mm throttle body
i set the fuel pressure to 43lbs because thats what the injectors were rated at, at that fuel pressure

42 lbs is the fuel pressure those injectors will flow at 43 psi; it's actually more on a LS vehicle because of the higher fuel pressure. Set the fuel pressure to at least 55. Do a seach for a IFR spresdsheet that will allow you to calculate the injector flow rate to get started with.

Calculators old IFR to new IFR based on original and new fuel pressure, will give you an answer in cc/min(2nd calculator from bottom)

Then use this to calc from cc/min to lb/hr and vice versa.(bottom calculator)

Always use the KOEO(Key On Engine Off) fuel pressure for calcs, or at least the pressure at KOEO with teh pump running, just in case you have some pressure leaks after the pump stops running. If you use your KOER(Key On Engine Running) with avacuum refernced fuel pressure regulator, you will be using the wrong pressure. A vacuum reference FPR is there to take the pressure differential between the manifold vacuum and fuel pressure inside the injector, out of the equation. The vacuum referenced rail pressure is variable, un referenced rail pressure is NOT variable, it is constant, all else equal.
