Trouble upgrading to a COS.

Hello,

I am trying to set up a 12212156 OS for the 02020003 COS so I can run a 3 bar MAP on a turbo setup. Each time I try to upgrade I have also tried a few other PCM's with different OS, it starts the process and gets to around 98% complete then says the operation failed. Is there a different COS I need to use or is this an issue since the 4/23 Update?

Can you locate the *.blx trace file that would have been created during each of the failed flash attempts. The file(s) will be located in
\My Documents\EFILive\V7.5\Bug Reports and they will be named something like: 20130430_165100_download.blx
where the first set of digits is the date (YYYYMMDD) and the second set is the time (HHMMSS) that the flash was attempted.

When I check that file path, there is only one Download File. And I tried it several times
