I need both cables for a V2 so I can remove the V2 from it's semi permanent position in my vehicle to use in others.
Do they make a ALDL plug cable at 45 degree yet? Or way to build one?
You can see why I want 45 here...

EFILive doesnt, you can buy an OBDII extension that has a 45* on it though I imagine.
If you want spare cables, you're best bet is to talk to a reseller/distributor in the US.

unscrew one of the screws that hold the OBD2 connector on and spin it 45 - 90 degrees.

Got me thinking so I checked out e-bay. Is this what you were thinking of? (Last time I tried linking I got hit with the auto spam bat so here goes nothing...)

Well that's a good thought, but then I have more extra cable and another connection. Just more crap that I don't need.
Since I need a spare set of cables I just thought I'd ask if there is a 90* EFI Live cable...

You can make one...buy one of those 90 degree cables and crimp your own... it uses an rj45 male terminal.
I've fixed mine over 20x and it is super simple.
