Bought a garret turbo for my 2008 lmm duramax, i have a ppe excelaraitor programmer and exhaust i put the stage 2 on and my throttle respond and boost both dropped. What am i doing wrong?

Do you have EFILive? If you're using a PPE for tuning, Im sorry but most people on here aren't going to be much help (myself included). If you have a tune built with EFILive, then we'll be able (and happy) to give you some pointers.
