I am in need of a stock tune file for an LLY with the OS and segments listed below. I have found some that have the same OS but the system segments does not match. The truck I am tuning has a Superchips on it and the tuner was stolen. I will be putting a dsp-2 in and I don't trust making any changes and flashing it back in the truck.

OS 15141668
Cal 15141667

Engine Operation 15245557
Engine Diagnostics 15787618
Engine 15245549
Fuel System 15136389
System 15282641
Speedometer 15087291

If you can find several tune files with the same OS but with the segments you need, you can do segment swaps to build the OEM tune file. I've done this for the DURABURBS I have tuned for people to get the correct fuel system and other options to work properly.

I have a stock file with the same OS but it is the system segment that has caused issues in the past with the LB7's. I have never tried to do a segment swap. How are you doing that?

please do elaborate on how this is accomplished, as it would be very handy for the above mentioned situations!

I'm still looking for a match.
The OS & Cal matched but the segments did not match the base tune that I need.

If we have your working VIN, we can restore your ECM to its exact stock configuration. We can even email the file in efilive format if you like. There is a token fee.

I figured someone had a file they could share. I will have the guy take it to the local dealer and get a reflash if it comes to that.
