Can you update a EfiLive scan tool only up to tuning too?

I forgot to put flash scan V2 can it be upgraded to do tunes too?

If you have a V2 that is currently scan only, you just need to purchase the tuning licence for GM or Dodge as you require.

there is a vin one and a tune one . what is the vin one for?

The Tuning Option is what allows you to edit and save tune files. For every vehicle that you want to tune, you also need a VIN license though. When you buy the Tuning Option they give you two VIN license with it. After that you will need to buy additional licenses for each vehicle you want to flash. There are also Streaming options for some controllers if you are going to be doing a high volume of tuning on those specific controllers.
