Are you trying to scan, tune or both? Efilive V4 may help you to scan/datalog your vehicle , but Efilive do not have anything for tuning the earlier cars/ecu's.
I have attached a pic of the V4 supported vehicle XML files.

Tunerpro is free, the xdf's are the tuning definitions for your bin file, the ads are for data logging. Example below.

1FA.xdf (http://forum.efilive.com/download/bindefs/GM/1FA.xdf)

1FA.ads (http://forum.efilive.com/download/datastreams/GM/1FA.ads)

94-95 3.1L (L82) A-body (Century, etc)
ADS also spplies to W-Body

want to read errors. tuning would be the next step, but currently not the main goal.

Hey dude if I were rich and had 25 grande laying around, it'd be an awesome addition to my Earnhardt collection, but I'll have to pass since i am not.,

Try here , http://www.tunerpro.net/downloadBinDefs.htmThose XDF and ADX files have not been updated in years.

There are many updated and working versions here:

DHP Powrtuner actually supports that car/engine, but isn't for sale these days..... Only added a couple of them to the system though as requests came in.
