Help with tunning tool.

i recently had to reinstall the software, so now i cant change anything while im not connected to the cable. i thought there was a patch for this. i cant remember how to fix this.

i believe you need to download the latest version from the downloads page, then attach the cable and enter your license with the cable attached.
