P05A support?

Using latest version of V8. Auto detects ECM on 2004 GTP as a P05A....Attempt to read and it comes back with error code "No data recieved."

Read support was added back in March (see this thread http://forum.efilive.com/showthread.php?21842-EFILive-RC-1-%28March-01-2013%29)

However mapping is not yet supported, and may never be. That will be dependent on the volume of reads we receive. There is a good discussion on should we offer support here http://forum.efilive.com/showthread.php?22336-P05-and-LX9
