As the title says I can't get my V2 to connect to my laptop. I connected it earlier today and updated everything with no issues, but when I connect it now I get a blue screen with none of the menu's on it. I have tried two USB cables thinking that was the issue but not so much. It connects to my truck just fine with the OBD II cable. When I plug it in to the laptop all five LED's turn on then off, the middle blue LED comes on momentarily, and then the red LED to the right of the blue flashes twice and then all I have is a blank blue screen.
