how to log with my v2

Wanting to log my truck performance so i can send off to get a tune wrote. i have already got a dsp 5 and a tune but having problems with it. so i was told to log my driving and send it in. so what do i need to do? I have a 2004.5 LLY with manual 6 speed tranny.

Your tuner should have provided you instructions as to what he wants you to log, and how to log. There are many PIDs to monitor and you can only select around 24 at a time. If you don't have a tuner we can get you going, but it is kinda their job if you do have one.
