First time I have seen this, am I missing something? I did notice the file size is smaller, tried to read it 3 times, got the same message.

No, you're not missing anything. I just tried opening it, got the Unrecognized PCM error which means the OS hasnt been mapped yet. V7.5 reads it as a weird OS, #01250241 but V8 drops the leading 0 which looks correct. Email the file to support AT efilive.com so they can add it to the next release.

It's a HPTuner custom OS, can't do much with it sorry.

Ah, or that. Missed that part, not used to their COS stuff.

The E38's I've seen out there with their COS in it always start with #0125, it's probably the same for US based OS's too.
