Boot loader rejected 02 lb7

I am currently trying to read the calibration on my 02 lb7 and I continue to get a bootloader ejected error. I am using the flashscan v1.2 with current 7.5.7 build 238 I have tried alt key and still no success. When I do the calibration details I get what is in the picture. Has the ECM been modified before? Is It locked has it been tuned with hpt? Any help would be great.

Your serial number is 00000000000 that is not a good sign, the Vin and BCC are scrambled and the hardware number does not look like an LB7 ecm part number

So does that mean that someone has already been in the ecm? Truck runs perfectly fine I have efi live from my swapped ls1 S10 so I thought I might play with the diesel a bit :)
