View Full Version : lmm dsp 5 turbo vane position not working

I have set every table I can see to say around 45% on dsp number 3 and non dsp to 45 it works great untill 140 degs then goes to 80s.
It is staying in dsp3 though I turned up the Main injector pulse at a idle it bumps up the idle when it goes to dsp 3 just no turbo vane position control what am i missing ?

oops one more thing it works under 140 degs looked all over for something there also

ok to do a double check i changed the injector timing on the dsp5 position 3 to a higher number then the non dsp and it works right on, the only way i found to control turbo position was though non dsp transiant tabble but then its stuck there doesnt change with any dsp2-5 switches ?

a9202 has a typo one part says its for desired boost pressure other says vane control hmm maybe there was a mess up in the lmm dsp 5 set up configuration when it was built

figured out the problem after 20 hrs

Yes I am working on one now and would love to learn all new things that go on with these new controllers.
