Lmm question? do they kill the fuel until it sees tire speed?

It doesn't seem to matter if I am pulling a sled or trying to burn the tires on the street. If I hold the break and floor the gas I get nothing. I can hold it for a long time and get no smoke and very little boost (6psi). I let up on the brake a little so it will roll about the length of the truck and it comes alive with the black smoke and will melt the tires off. It is like a switch. If you watch a video of it at the pulls you will see no smoke for the first 30' and I have a hard time getting the sled started. I am going to pull so data logs Friday at the next pulls.

LB7s and others have an "Idle pedal adjustment {B0782}" check for that. it will limit fuel while stationary.
