Hello all! I am looking for a stock file for a 2006 w/automatic transmission with high idle enabled.

My OS is:11352602
My Calibration is: 35325853AK (2006 Mega Cab - Automatic - Federal Emissions)

I would like to start with a high idle enabled file before starting my CSP5 programming.
Our local dealerships want $105 to re-flash (1 hour labor)... :(
I can send a "donation" via PayPal for the file...

Thanks in advance!

The CSP5 has the PTO option in it

I have PTO enabled and it didn't enable high idle. I'm not sure the PTO function enables high idle. Can someone verify this for me?

Thanks,
Scott

High idle is TIPM controlled NOT ecm.

So you wont have it.

Scott email me and Ill get you a OS with high idle enabled

Never mind on the email...here is a 07 OS with high idle.

Don't worry about the 06/07 OS differences...the ecm doesn't care.

Just REMEMBER TO CHANGE THE VIN TO YOURS!!!!

Or else you'll have Christmas on your dash.

Not quite the same, we use the PTO input pin on the ECM to do other functions.

The PTO high idle is controlled by the PCM. I turn it off or on through the PCM part of the Witech scan tool. And the wire that is grounded to make that happen comes out of the PCM.

This is my first post on the forum so I hope I'm not asking too much, could someone send me a hi idle stock tune for 35325553? I loaded a tune that was sent to me on my truck as I couldn't read my stock one kept giving me the $11 error.. hope I didn't mess up doing that before I saved a stock tune! Sure is a steep learning curve gettin setup with efi live but is very hard to stay away from it now. Could someone help me out? :online2long: the truck is 06

Check with Les to be sure, but I think the file he posted for me will work the same for you. It worked great on mine...

To bring up this old thread, Les is that file one of the good latest OS? Like I see some issues some 2006s had that apparently got fixed through time with new flashes from dealer. Is this a good one?

Well I found out the hard way that 2007 file listed above does not run on my 2006. Changed it to match my other OS tune identically and it wont run para chit.

As long as it's the same trans file, any 2006-2007 5.9 file can be used in any cmb849 ecm.

Now there are some OS with different scaling, and that's likely your issue.

Well it definitely had an issue lol. I didn't know to check the trans file, just made sure they were both for autos.

I'm not sure what you mean by scaling issues?

There are some scaling differences between some OS. So if you just copied or scripted your old tune into a file with different axis values, then yes it can run weird.

Ok yeah I gotcha now. I checked most of the axis but not all so that could be it.
