How do I get started?

I'm building a Mustang w/5.3 4L80E, 80lb injectors, 3 bar map, S475 turbo, 411 PCM. So I'm guessing I'll have to use a COS and SD tune. I have never tuned before, can someone point me in the right direction as far as how to get started? Thanks.

Greg Banish's Engine Management book is starting place as well. The DVD's have a lot of data but are expensive.
