Problems with fuel gauge being inaccurate

I'm having problems with a fuel gauge on an 08 Dmax. When you fill the tank the gauge only reads 3/4. The gauge drops really quickly for the first half tank and then slowly after that. The low fuel light comes on when the tank still has plenty of fuel. I have looked at other tunes and it appears to me that the correct gauge parameters are entered. Customer says the gauge worked perfectly before the tune was installed. Has anyone else ran into a problem like this?

Did you full flash it, and is the correct / same Operating System? Those LMMs can be very touchy with things such as oil life, fuel filter life, gauges etc... with DSP5 tunes.

Originally it was a full flash. Maybe I should try it again? Pretty sure the OS is right.

Just did a full reflash and that seems to have fixed it. We'll see how it goes through this tank of diesel. Thanks
