Got ECU working and truck is running after full flash, but now A/C doesn't work.Help?

My ac isn't working, after I did a full flash from my previous tune file with its OS to the current ECU and the AC isn't working.

1. Does that mean I need to plug in all my information from my current tune, into the tune that I pulled from the new ECU before I did a full flash for it to work?

2. Unrelated, I'm attempting to do Rafig and Rafpn, to get desired airflow correct. I found those PIDs, but can't seem to find STIT and LTIT for those pids to work...? Are they in V8 or do I need to use the V7 option?

Basically I have a 1999 GMC Sierra that had a 2002 Ecu with a very mild bolt on tune and the A/c worked just fine.

Then that ECU died in the process of my 6.0 swap/flash, bought a new ECU from 2001.

I did a full flash of my updated 2002 OS tune I had made and now AC doesn't work.

None of my segments in the details section match a 1999 so I'm thinking that is the problem.

1. I need help finding out how to get this correct and get this working.

I obviously want to keep the better OS of the 2001-2002 ECU though.

2. I am attaching my 1999_TIS for my VIN and the tune I full flashed to my PCM

Can anyone help me out with what I need to make my AC work again?

I copied over all my tables from my 2002 OS that I had full flashed to my 2001 PCM, to the original stock 2001 OS I read from the 2001 PCM and it made no difference with the A/C working.

Could really use some help here, its not like it isn't 95 degrees every day around here or anything ;-)

Yes it is, with the 2002 OS

I dont have the old pcm anymore, it was used as a core for my current.

I can get a pic of the new pcm's physical label if that helps tho.

And the 1999_TIS file is the id numbers for various updates to my 1999 vin

Update:

I swapped over a friends 2002 PCM to try with the A/c and its still a no go.

1. I never did a VATS thing on this 2001 PCM, is it possible after a full tune that I need to do that also, or is that completely unrelated?

2. Also I don't know if it makes a difference, but I swapped to a 34" radiator and 05+ E-fans at the same time as swap along with a harness that takes advantage of PIN 42 in the PCM.

The E-fans work completely fine when it comes to cooling the radiator, but is it possible that the PIN 42 is having some effect on the A/c?

3. Or do I just need to look into wiring for the A/c, and then if that is all receiving signal correctly using a multimeter, then moving on the the A/c Hardware itself being bad now or losing freon, etc.?
